Execute Sports, Inc. signed a strategic partnership with UDT Distribution Corporation. Under the agreement, UDT has the exclusive rights to sell and market the Academy Snowboard Company brand throughout Europe. In addition, UDT is required to meet minimum sales targets each year through 2011 with total sales exceeding 80,000 snowboards. Through the partnership, the brand will be picked up by more than 20 distributors throughout Europe.
