Authentic Brands Group, a global brand development, marketing and entertainment company, on Thursday, announced a production and distribution partnership with men’s dress shirt purveyor, Versa Group for the Nautica brand.
Through the long-term agreement, Versa Group will design, produce and distribute Nautica branded men’s dress shirts to a wide range of department stores, specialty retailers and eCommerce accounts across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Dress shirts have been a staple in Nautica’s men’s assortment for decades. As the brand continues to reinvent its classics for the modern, sustainably conscious consumer, Versa Group will introduce new performance features and updated materials to the line. Key elements, including the use of sustainable materials, four-way stretch fabrics and the introduction of a slim fit cut are among the latest updates designed to serve the brand’s new and existing customers.

Versa Group has been a leading manufacturer of men’s shirts, ties and accessories for over 25 years. Nautica is a brand that draws inspiration from the ocean to create nautical-inspired classics.

The new assortment of Nautica men’s dress shirts, developed by Versa Group, will launch at select retailers and on nautica.com this spring.
