Liquidlogic is seeking a highly motivated person for a customer service/sales position in the Flat Rock, NC office. The position will require the person to be a motivated self starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, excellent communication skills, experience in sales and customer service, good organizational skills, and computer and order processing experience. The ideal person will need to be team oriented, sales driven and customer focused.
The responsibilities will be to answer the phone, processing orders, order tracking and follow up, handle technical questions, warranties, working with production, answering e-mails, proactive service and sales calls, assist with shipping, data processing, communication with outside sale team and attending events. The position will require the multi-talented person to wear many hats and be open to whatever the job requires to have the best customer team in the industry.
