Dr. Raliza Koleva assumed the position of chief compliance officer at Puma, with immediate effect.
In this function, she reports directly to Puma CEO Bjørn Gulden. As head of governance, she retains her advisory role for the managing directors and the board of directors of Puma SE on corporate governance issues and reports to Jochen Lederhilger, global director legal affairs.
Since 2014, Koleva has been working in the legal department of Puma. She has experience in international corporations and is an expert in the areas of corporate, capital market law and compliance.
