Steve Hill, president of Zappos, will step down in June, according to Footwear News.
The trade magazine quoted an internal memo from Zappos that reported Hill will join Fred Mossler, a former Zappos exec who stepped down in June 2016, to launch their own footwear brand.
Hill joined Zappos in 2004 and has been its VP of merchandising for most of his time at the company. He was formerly a buyer at Nordstrom.
