Brooks, Nike, Asics and Saucony were among those left with the largest unpaid bills in the bankruptcy case of Luke’s Locker.
According to the list of companies holding the 20 largest unsecured claims that aren’t insiders, Nike was owed $1.74 million; Brooks, $1.142 million; Asics, $483,629; and Saucony, $484,050.
Among those owed more than $200,000 were Under Armour, owed $214,939, and Deckers Outdoor, $204,821. Mizuno was left with an unsecured claim of $194,954 and New Balance, $155,671. Trade vendors owed less than $100,000 that made the list included Implus Footcare, $65,945; VF Outdoor, the parent of The North Face, $54,860; Inov-8, $52,830; and Adidas, $50,076.
Financial and real estate firms that were among the top unsecured creditors included CH Realty, based in Dallas, $140,906; Excel Trust, based in San Diego, $52,868; IMI Market Street, based inDallas, $67,455; Lamy-Park Plaza, $98,878; Riokim Montgomery, Goleta, CA, $52,386; RPAI Southwest Management, $45,423; and Weingarten Realty, $41,404. Southern Methodist University (SMU) was owed $46,361.
