Major League Baseball Properties has reached new five-year licensing agreements for Team MLB, the exclusive new line of Major League Baseball branded institutional baseball uniforms, with Majestic Athletic, Ltd. and Outdoor Cap Co. The new deal was announced Friday at the Sports Inc. Athletic Show in Indianapolis, IN.
The extended deals, which will run from 2005 to 2009, makes Majestic Athletic the exclusive supplier of institutional baseball league uniforms, while Outdoor Cap gets the same designation for headwear.
The license enables the two companies to produce and market to team dealers and youth baseball leagues product that bears the Team MLB brand logo and all 30 MLB club logos.
