Cloudveil, a leader in soft shell clothing technology and purveyor of inspired outdoor apparel, has added Jeff Burrowes and KC Jones to its Denver office. Burrowes will serve as the company’s controller while Jones joins the Cloudveil team as a customer service representative.

“We are delighted to add these two quality individuals to the Cloudveil team,” said Co-Founder Stephen Sullivan. “Both Jeff and KC come to Cloudveil with a wealth of experience in the outdoor industry and are already having an impact in day to day operations.”

Burrowes, who comes to Cloudveil from Seattle, is an outdoor industry veteran with 10 years of accounting, operations and management experience. Having previously lived and worked in Crested Butte, Colo., Burrowes is excited to get back to Colorado and the Rocky Mountains. “Jeff brings a wealth of experience to Cloudveil and the controller position,” said Jon Boris, Vice President of Corporate Development. “We are confident he’ll have an immediate impact on the quality of our operations and our business.”

After spending the last four months as a temp in Cloudveil’s Denver office, Jones will easily transition into her new customer service position. A California native, Jones has spent the last 10 years in Crested Butte and Truckee, Calif., including a five year stint with Patagonia’s wholesale warranty and customer service department. “We strive to offer the best customer service in the industry to consumers and our dealers,” commented Boris. “KC’s breadth of experience is sure to enhance our already fantastic customer service team.”
