UFC Gym opened its second location in the Houston area on Saturday, November 5 at 8201 W. Broadway in Pearland, TX.
“The reception to our gym from the local community has truly been amazing,” UFC Gym – Pearland Owner HaYoung Kim said. “UFC Gym raises the bar as the premiere fitness destination for Houston fitness enthusiasts and we’re excited to show off our features and amenities on Saturday.”
The 9,000-square-foot location includes a 24-foot Octagon, strength training and cardio machines, battle ropes, agility ladders, bag room, Brazilian jiu-jitsu studio, group fitness rooms and other functional training equipment.
UFC strawweight contender Rose Namajunas will be on hand to lead a free mixed martial arts seminar, with additional classes and demonstrations offered throughout the day.
Since debuting in 2009, UFC Gym opened more than 135 locations in the U.S., Australia, Canada, South America, Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates.
