Mossy Oak Properties opened an Indiana Land & Lifestyle office in Rockville, IN, which will be co-owned and operated by Jeff Michalic, Chad Renbarger and Kelly Hendricks.
Michalic said his team’s decision to open a Mossy Oak Properties franchise was an easy one. “When the time came for us to start our own real estate business, we researched several other companies and after meeting with them all, Mossy Oak Properties was the only company that we wanted to be partnered with. We feel our name says it all: Indiana Land & Lifestyle.”
Renbarger added: “Indiana is Mossy Oak country; the state is full of outdoorsmen who have a passion for being out in nature. Indiana has something for everyone, from the hills in Southern Indiana, rich farm land in Central Indiana, and wetlands along the rivers and streams. We are excited about building a strong, trustworthy team that combines Hoosier hospitality with modern marketing and the most trusted name in the outdoor world.”
Mossy Oak Properties was launched in 2003 to help landowners, sportsmen and investors pursue rural property.
