Amer Sports plans to appoint Sebastian Lund as its new chief human resources officer and member of the executive board as of October 1, 2016.
Lund is joining Amer Sports after a 20-year career at Procter & Gamble in the United States and Europe, most recently as global human resources Leader for corporate productivity & organization transformation in Cincinnati, OH. Before that Lund worked as global human resources leader in Procter & Gamble’s Global Beauty and Grooming Group.
Lund will report to Heikki Takala, Amer Sports president & CEO. Terhi Heikkinen, who has been Amer Sports senior vice president, human resources, and member of the executive board, has decided to leave the company on August 31, 2016 to assume new challenges.
