Scheels plans to open its first Colorado store in Johnstown. The store is scheduled to open in spring 2018 near the intersection of Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 34.
An announcement celebration is scheduled June 3 near where the store is expected to be build, according to an event invite sent Tuesday from the company.
Scheels, which is based in Fargo, has 25 stores in 10 states throughout the West and Midwest.
