Shooting sports manufacturer Sellmark Corporation announces its second-year recognition by the Dallas Business Journal as a female-owned Texas business.

Honored for its double-digit growth, Sellmark appeared at No. 56 on the 2014 Top 100 Women-Owned Businesses in North Texas.

The list honors leading companies based on a 51 percent woman-ownership, total 2013 revenue and location.

“It’s an incredible honor to be recognized by the Dallas Business Journal for our efforts, especially as a female-owned business in a male-dominated industry,” said Chief Executive Officer Dianna Sellers. “On a personal level, I feel privileged to have the business that was founded 14 years ago growing so quickly, giving back to the North Texas community and reflecting what our team as a whole can accomplish.”

Sellmark recently underwent a $2 million expansion on its headquarters in Mansfield, Texas, doubling it in size. Sellmark has also been hiring more employees, bringing in new sales representatives, warehouse members, marketing professionals and designers. Continued hiring is planned through 2014 to keep up with growth.
