Redington has partnered with Paul Richardson and his design agency, Rise Creative Studio Ltd., to design products for its line of fly fishing gear.


“Paul and his team at Rise will focus primarily on Redington hard goods, firstly working to identify major market opportunities to target, then later providing innovative design solutions that will drive the growth of Redington forward” said Redington General Manager David Visnack. 


“I’m excited about the opportunity to inject some fresh ideas into the already proven and award winning Redington development process,” comments Richardson. “The products I hope to design will challenge the boundaries of production and consumer perceptions in the fly fishing world, offering exceptional designs at unbeatable price points – which is exactly what the consumer wants.”


Richardson comes to Redington after six years as the brand manager for Wychwood Game fly fishing tackle where he launched over 500 products, winning many accolades and awards. Prior to that he worked at Tangerine, a global design firm headquartered in London.
