Wolverine Brand announced that Karry Johnson has been promoted to vice president of sales for Wolverine Brand, effective immediately. In his new role, Johnson will oversee all integrated sales efforts to drive the brands growth as the market leader in work footwear, as well as growth and profitability in the heritage and outdoor categories. Johnson will report to Tim Bushell, Vice President and General Manager of Wolverine Brand.
Throughout his time at Wolverine Worldwide Karry has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive profitable growth. He has also built many strong relationships in the industry, Bushell said. Its an immense advantage having Karry on our team, and were excited to have him leading strategic sales efforts that will continue to grow Wolverines business.
Johnson joined Wolverine Worldwide in 2002 and has 17 years of experience in the footwear industry. He has held positions including Director of Sales for Wolverine Brand, National Sales Manager for CAT Footwear, and Key Account Manager for Dr. Martens. A native of Mt. Angel, Oregon, Johnson now lives in West Michigan with his wife and two daughters.
