McDavid USA has hired Paul Andre in a new position as sales manager – Western U.S.
Andre has served as national sales manager and director of team sales
for a number of protective sports gear and apparel companies, and brings
30 years of experience to the sporting goods business, not to mention
his focus on team sports.
His background includes national sales manager at XO Athletic, director of team sales for Shock Doctor and national sales manager at T3K.
Andre will begin work immediately on the team sports and specialty retail side of the business.
“Our product development and growth expectations are higher than ever,” Rey Corpuz, director of marketing for McDavid said. “We have been able to create real growth opportunities in protective apparel with HexPad, and we continue to grow market share in our sports medicine, supports and braces. We are in good market position and we need to build our sales staff to accommodate for future growth.”
According to Corpuz, Andre’s expertise in the sports and sales industries make him the ideal candidate to take McDavid to the next level in the marketplace.
