The North Face announced that it has expanded its second-hand program, Renewed. Customers can now return used TNF gear online and in-store for monetary credit.

The program also offers customers an additional credit tier for each item returned to TNF based on its condition.

Customers can bring their used TNF gear to one of the company’s retail or outlet stores or mail it back following the TNF online trade-in process. TNF will inspect, wash, and repair the items returned for resale at the company’s Renewed online store.

When customers trade in eligible items, TNF will issue a $10, $30, or $50 credit toward a new purchase at thenorthface.com or at a TNF retail store. The company bases the credit amount on the qualifications outlined in its Renewed Program policy, which “supports the brand’s ongoing commitment to advancing principles of circularity.”
