Whitefish, Mont. – October 1, 2024 – Forloh, the premium USA-made and technical outdoor brand, introduces the Raider Polartec Power Grid Collection, which utilizes the cutting edge fleece technology and integrates repurposed nylon ripstop fabric for the overlays.
The Power Grid material was selected due to a unique geometric knit that enhances warmth and airflow while reducing fabric mass, making it ideal for active outdoor use. The hydrophilic surface wicks moisture to keep wearers dry, while the grid knit creates air channels to prevent heat loss. Polartec engineers and manufactures their products in the USA, a prerequisite for Forloh when sourcing materials. The repurposed military spec tear-resistant overlay is from excess stock Forloh used to produce millions of first responder gowns during the pandemic in 2020.

This jacket is reinforced with strategically-placed, ultralight, rugged 70d shadow-box ripstop nylon overlays for weather and abrasion protection.
