Stamford, Conn. –  (July 18, 2024) – Lowa Boots, the global footwear brand known for over 100 years of hand-crafted European heritage, announces its Spring 2025 collection reflecting today’s evolving consumer profile that includes more casual participants and those going outdoors for the first time. Lowa will introduce models designed for hikers, trail runners, and outdoor enthusiasts of all levels. They will be available at lowaboots.com and at select retailers beginning January 2025.

“Spring 2025 is all about offering a variety of options for our wide range of consumers,” said Peter Sachs, general manager of Lowa. “From seasoned hikers to first-time trailblazers, Lowa’s versatile line, featuring new low-cut styles, caters to all. Our line is further enhanced by the introduction of two new trail runners, with unmatched comfort, speed, and all-around performance.”

For light hiking, the Maddox Pro Series combines lightweight speed, and comfort. The series includes:

  • Maddox Pro GTX Mid: Equipped with the new Lowa Fast Hiking outsole, a bi-density Lowa DynaPU midsole, and Monowrap Support Frame, these features provide exceptional support and stability.
  • Maddox Pro GTX Lo: This version has the same advanced features in a low-cut design for those who prefer a lighter and more flexible option for fast-paced hiking adventures.

Following the successful debut of the Innovo GTX Mid and Innovo Mid in 2024, Lowa will unveil low-cut versions of these aggressive hikers, including:

  • Innovo GTX Lo: Featuring Gore-Tex waterproof and breathable technology, these shoes are perfect for adventurers seeking reliable performance in wet conditions.
  • Innovo Lo: Designed for hot climates, these shoes boast an open mesh construction maximizing breathability, keeping feet cool and comfortable on the trail.

The Renegade Evo family is back with updated uppers and sole units. The Evo design provides extra comfort around the ankle, especially for women, and a bit more room at the ball of foot area because of reducing a seam on the forefront’s medial area. Underfoot is an updated Vibram Rene Trac sole with bi-directional lugs for both traction and braking.

  • Renegade Evo GTX Mid: The beloved and award-winning Renegade midsole/outsole package has been revised for even better comfort and support underfoot. The uppers and hardware have a clean, fresh look.
  • Renegade Evo LL Mid: Featuring a Heinen terracare® Nubuck Leather outer and Glove Leather liner, this model is perfect for those wanting the Renegade with the durability of leather. It is ideal for warm weather hiking.
  • Renegade Evo GTX Lo: A low-cut model of the Renegade, with a Heinen Terracare Nubuck Leather upper. Perfect for light backpacking, the Renegade Evo GTX Lo has a roomy toe box and extra cushioning around the collar and tongue.

Lowa’s trail running line expands with two new styles, the Madrix, a technical and lightweight runner, and the Amplux 2, an upgraded version providing enhanced breathability.

  • Madrix: A high-performance running shoe designed for medium to long distances, the Madrix has a nitrogen-infused midsole for superior cushioning and rebound,  a carbon-reinforced split shank to return energy with every step, a lightweight breathable upper for optimal ventilation, and a Vibram Trac Pulse Megagrip sole for best-in-class traction on diverse terrains.
  • Amplus 2: The refined Amplus 2 has enhanced breathability thanks to a redesigned upper, improved rolling underfoot, and a more attractive price point. This versatile shoe is engineered for runners seeking all-around performance for various trail conditions.
