The Beachbody Company, Inc. Class A common stock will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the new ticker symbol BODi before the market opens on March 4, 2024, replacing the company’s ticker symbol, BODY.
The company said the new ticker symbol aligns with its rebrand from Beachbody to BODi, which was announced on March 9, 2023.
The company’s Class A common stock, par value of $0.0001 per share, will continue to be listed on the NYSE, and the CUSIP will remain unchanged.
