Mattingly Sports, the baseball and softball equipment company, announced the launch of its new Mattingly “Hit Man” Pitching Machine.
The pitching machine marks the latest in a series of recent new product rollouts from the growing company that includes the Mattingly “9X SERIES” line of fielding gloves and the Mattingly “Training Base Covers”. This new easy-to-operate product offers a variety of unique features that will enhance the practice skills of players in all phases of the game and deliver results.
The “Hit Man” Pitching Machine, specifically designed for baseball players, features an automatic (24) Ball Feeder. The machine has the unique ability to throw multiple type pitches (fastballs, curves, sliders) at varying speeds between 40 80 mph and can be adjusted to be used for ground ball and fly ball practice. An additional standout feature of the machine is the (2) Power Cord option, which allows the user to either plug into a traditional household 110V power source or utilize a 12V marine/car battery on-field for increased portability.

The “Hit Man” Pitching Machine will retail for $399.99 and launch at The Sports Authority store locations this coming January. The new product which incorporates a 2 Wheel Pro Style design and comes with a 12 pack of Mattingly TechFoam Balls will also be available on the company's website www.MattinglySports.com and early next year at other major sporting goods retailers.
