Veteran-owned firearm manufacturer Watchtower, based in Spring, TX, hired independent sales rep agency Lou Leamont Sales & Marketing to handle sales for its American-made AR-15, AR-10, suppressors and 1911 products on the East and West coasts, effective immediately.
Headquartered in Benton, PA, Lou Leamont Sales & Marketing (LLSM) reportedly brings over 150 years of combined sales experience to the role, focused on providing sales solutions for its brand partners. The agency also represents companies in Law Enforcement, Shooting, Sports, Tactical, Hunting, and Archery industries.
“LLSM has established an excellent reputation as being a knowledgeable, successful sales team with deep industry experience and relationships focused on the success of dealer and manufacturer,” said Jason Colosky, CEO of Watchtower. “This partnership will further drive our brand into the market, and we are very excited about their commitment to our continued growth.”
Watchtower takes its name from the code name used by American forces during World War II during the Battle of Guadalcanal, where 7000 servicemen died.
In June 2023, the company completed its acquisition of F-1 Firearms, creating a new veteran-owned firearm manufacturing company.
“Watchtower will focus on three primary markets, catering to the existing consumer market that F-1 Firearms excelled in for ten years, as well as expanding into domestic and foreign military and law enforcement markets,” the company said in a release this past summer.
