Canada Goose Holdings, Inc. promoted Neil Bowden, deputy CFO, to CFO when current CFO Jonathan Sinclair moves to president of the APAC region, effective April 1, 2024.

Bowden oversees the global finance team at Canada Goose, having been with the brand for over seven years. He reportedly “played an integral role during the IPO and has been instrumental in building the company’s financial capabilities, leading the transformation of the finance department from a private to a public company.”

Before working at Canada Goose, Bowden’s career spanned over a decade at KPMG in Toronto and Chicago, where he audited public companies in the consumer markets practice.

Sinclair has an extensive background in luxury retail, with over 20 years of global financial and operational experience, having held chief operating officer roles at Jimmy Choo and Vertu. Over his past five years at Canada Goose, he has led finance and various other functions for the company.

Larry Li, president of Canada Goose for Mainland China, was named chief operating officer, APAC, effective January 1, 2024. Li has over 20 years of luxury experience leading global brands across the APAC region. At Canada Goose, he has overseen significant expansion and growth in China. 

In his new role, Li will expand his oversight to include the brand’s regional teams across commercial, marketing and operations.
