Arcus Hunting, LLC hired Cory Utley as vice president of sales, leading sales and customer service. Ryan Ripp was hired as director of sales, managing key regions and accounts. Bill Wilson was hired to lead the product team as category manager.
Arcus brands include Tink’s, Dead Down Wind, Ramcat Broadheads, Trophy Taker, and Rack One.
Utley joins Arcus as a veteran of working in the outdoor space, most recently as director of sales for American Outdoor Brands. He is responsible for “driving top-line sales, increasing customer collaboration and continuing to drive improved order management processes.
Ripp comes to Arcus with a background as a merchant, buyer and sales manager from companies including Pradco Outdoor Brands and Plano Synergy. He will focus on increasing market share and helping retail partners continue to have above-average category performance.
Wilson joins the company with a merchandising, product, sales, and general management background. He will manage product performance, category direction and consumer trends.
