Reckitt Benckiser Group named Shannon Eisenhardt, currently CFO of Nike consumer, brand & marketplace, as CFO of Lysol’s parent company, replacing current CFO Jeff Carr, who is retiring in March 2024.
Her hire takes effect on October 17, and she will also be appointed to the Board as an executive director. Eisenhardt has been CFO of consumer, marketplace & brand for Nike since April 2020, leading the company’s finance function for all geographies, global Nike direct business (comprising Nike-owned retail stores and digital platforms), and global marketing. She is also responsible for Nike’s global business planning, including corporate financial planning and analysis, and the Converse brand.
Previously, Eisenhardt was Nike’s VP/CFO in North America from 2017 to 2020. She joined the company in 2015 as VP/CFO of Emerging Markets. Before Nike, Eisenhardt worked for nearly 19 years at Procter & Gamble.
Eisenhardt’s hire comes as Reckitt, whose products also include Nurofen painkillers, Durex condoms and Strepsils cough lozenges, in April named company insider Kris Licht as CEO-designate to succeed Nicandro Durante, taking the helm by the end of the year after a transition period.
