Mindbody hired Brian Fields from Groupon as chief revenue officer and Sara Diniz from Bain Capital as chief human resources officer.

At Groupon, Fields was the chief commercial officer managing the company’s $600 million revenue business, overseeing 700 employees, including sales, marketing, growth, and operations. His experience with a global SMB sales engine includes directly landing and managing Groupon’s largest strategic accounts and overseeing implementation and customer operations. In his role at Mindbody, Fields will oversee sales, revenue operations and customer experience.
At Bain Capital, Diniz was the vice president of human resources and talent development for its North America Private Equity business. Fluent in five languages, her extensive international work worldwide will support Mindbody’s growing global business.
