Icebreaker tapped Ian Decker and Shondia Houtzer at Black Dog Sales Group to cover sales for the company in the Rocky Mountain region (Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Wyoming) to expand brand awareness and distribution in key outdoor and ski retail.

Decker is the founder and principal of Black Dog Sales Group with over 25 years of industry experience, having worked with Norrøna, Arc’teryx, Marmot, and Helly Hansen. Houtzer is an industry veteran, having worked in sales and marketing for Rab Equipment, Kuhl, Olukai, and Sanuk. She oversees key specialty accounts and marketing initiatives.
