After extensive research and testing, Osprey, a Helen of Troy brand, launched its Extended Fit Program for Spring 2023. The program is available in four of its best-selling styles for larger body types.
Key design features of Osprey’s Extended Fit Program include:
- An extended hipbelt that will accommodate up to 70-inch hips and features substantially more extended padding for comfort and effective load transfer;
- Extended shoulder straps to transfer load evenly;
- Longer sternum strap for stability and fit while allowing the user to secure the strap without restricting breathing; and
- Hipbelt pockets repositioned far forward for easy reach.
The Extended Fit program, launching Spring 2023, will be available in the Aether/Ariel 65 (backpacking), Volt/Viva 65 (backpacking), Talon 22/Tempest 20 (multi-sport), and Osprey Sportlite 25 (hiking) packs.
