Authentic Brands Group (ABG) announced a new and enhanced partnership with Foot Locker, Inc. for the Reebok brand within the United States.
Through this agreement, Foot Locker, Inc. and its brands will increase their assortment with Reebok and exclusively carry select Reebok footwear styles for men, women and kids in its company-owned stores and e-commerce websites in the U.S. This includes the exclusivity of basketball shoes from Allen Iverson and Shaquille O’Neal.

Foot Locker, Inc. will work with the Reebok Design Group (RDG), the global brand hub for design, development and innovation, and the supplier of core product categories. Foot Locker, Inc. expects the rollout of an expanded Reebok assortment across its banners to begin Fall 2022.
The transfer of ownership of the Reebok brand from Adidas to ABG is expected to close in Q122.
Last December, ABG announced a partnership with JD Group to distribute Reebok across stores in North America and Europe. Under the non-exclusive agreement, Reebok apparel and footwear will be available in more than 2,850 stores owned by JD, including JD, Finish Line, DTLR, Shoe Palace, Size?, Sprinter, and SportZone as well as its associated e-commerce platforms.
