Health+Fitness Business (HFB), a division of Nielsen Business Media, announced that preliminary figures for its mid July fitness trade show indicate individual store pre-registration is ahead by 12 percent compared to the same time as last year. In addition, individual buyer pre-registration is ahead 6 percent for the same period.
“Whether it's to see what's new from industry manufacturers, to sit in on the conference sessions or to meet with their peers and suppliers during these uncertain economic times, fitness equipment retailers are feeling that it is important to come to Denver this July,” said Rich Kelly, marketing manager for Health+Fitness Business. “People are living longer and are working to improve their quality of life, the upcoming Olympics will inspire fitness, and people in general want to and are striving to look and feel their best. The industry's dynamic solutions for helping people reach their fitness goals will be on display at HFB.”
Going into its 11th year, the Health+Fitness Business Expo and Conference will be held at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado, July 17-18, 2008. During the trade only event, more than 175 fitness-related brands and approximately 3,000 industry professionals and decision makers come to the show to see, touch and learn about the latest in fitness equipment, business practices and fitness programs.
