Dunham’s Sports plans to open its first Wyoming store this fall, in Rock Springs, adding a 23rd location to its portfolio. More stores in Wyoming are planned.
“We are excited to open our first store in Wyoming. This is another important step in our accelerated growth strategy,” said David Lynn, president, Dunham’s Sports. In addition to Dunham’s rapidly growing store base, the company continues to invest heavily to remodel and expand its existing stores to better meet the needs of its increasing customer base. Dunham’s has opened three new stores so far this year and has a significant pipeline of additional locations expected to open in the back half of 2021 and 2022.
While the company operates in several major metro areas, Dunham’s primary focus is on providing secondary and tertiary markets where customers have limited opportunities to purchase sporting goods at retail.
