The Ironman Group announced it had appointed Ajay Singh as the company’s CFO. He brings over 20 years of financial and managerial experience to the position, including ten years at an executive leadership level.
Singh’s role provides strategic analysis, guidance, planning, and direction to all its stakeholders, leading to a continued solid financial foundation and the efficient evolution of its growth. He will oversee all aspects of accounting, finance, FP&A, tax, treasury, cash management, capital allocation, and information technology for Group and its portfolio of brands and worldwide events.

Singh’s background includes having served in numerous executive financial roles within media and technology businesses and has extensive experience in strategy and M&A, corporate finance, governance, and enterprise risk management.
He joins The Ironman Group after serving in several roles at News Corp., including recently as Executive Vice President, CFO & COO for News America Marketing, a division of News Corp. Before that, he served as the CFO of HookLogic, Inc., CFO for Reader’s Digest Association’s Lifestyle Group and as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at TV Guide.
