Warrior Lacrosse has filed suit against DeBeer Lacross and Gait Lacrosse for alleged patent infringement by DeBeer's RECON Ti of a patent current held by Warrior. The case was filed on April 25 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Warrior, a subsidiary of New Balance, seeks compensatory damages and the usual costs and expenses as well as deBeer being barred from infringing on the patent in question, patent number 7,258,634, in the future.
