Pelican International Inc. acquired Advanced Elements Inc. through its wholly-owned subsidiary Confluence Outdoors Inc. The acquisition broadens Pelican’s portfolio in the paddlesports category that includes Pelican, Wilderness Systems, Perception, Dagger, Mad River Canoe, Harmony Gear, and Boardworks.
