G-Form today announced that Eldridge had acquired the brand. The transaction provides capital to scale the rapid growth of its proprietary SmartFlex impact protection technology.
G-Form’s products protect to enhance athlete performance and designed for team and action sports. G-Form also creates solutions for active fields requiring protection, including industrial, military and law enforcement.

G-Form’s patented protective gear technology, called SmartFlex, is created using advanced polymer formulas. Its product range allows athletes freedom of movement while minimizing the risk of injury by hardening on impact, allowing users to push their physical limits. G-Form’s proprietary SmartFlex padding, manufactured at the company’s owned factory in Rhode Island, is distributed in more than 40 countries.
