Lawrence Mondry resigned as a director of Golfsmith International Holdings, Inc., effective immediately, in order to devote full attention to his duties as president and chief executive officer of CSK Auto Corporation. Mr. Mondry was a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.
