Dick’s Sporting Goods has partnered with TikTok’s Nicole Laeno, actor Miles Brown and NBA stylist Calyann Barnett on a 30-second digital spot, “Your Day Starts Here,” supporting back-to-school fashions. The campaign can be seen here.
Ed Plummer, chief marketing officer of Dick’s, told Advertising Age that Dick’s advertising mix this year will beless direct mail and more focused on digital channels including TikTok. Flexibility will be a key focus given the uncertainty around school openings. Said Plummer. “We developed flexible creative, and we built a flexible media plan.”
