FansEdge, Inc., the internet division of Dreams, Inc., landed at number 39 on the 2006 “Top 500 Fastest Growing Retailers” list from industry bible, Internet Retailer Magazine. FansEdge, with the complement of all of its web properties, achieved a growth rate of 71 percent over the previous year, and came in the top 10 percent of all retailers nationwide.
The issue lists 500 retailers in order of sales growth due to online presence.
FansEdge.com, a provider of licensed sports products and autographed memorabilia via the internet, was number 289 among all retailers nationwide based on sales volume; up from number 363 in 2005. The list was headed by internet giant Amazon.com.
