Thorlo, Inc., the maker of activity-specific performance socks, announced that its shareholders have entered into a partnership with Strategic Brand Growth, LLC, a Delaware company majority-owned and managed by Manorhaven Holdings, LLC, and that the Thorlos and Experia brands have been licensed on a worldwide exclusive basis to Trimfit Global, a division of Lamour Group, based in Montreal, Canada
Current Thorlos and Experia brands will continue to be Made in the USA at Thorlo’s wholly-owned manufacturing facilities in North Carolina. Lamour plans to grow the existing core brand business worldwide and plans to expand the brand reach to new distribution channels and new products.
