Peter Devin, the outdoor group director for Nielsen in charge of the Outdoor Retailer and Fly Fishing Retailer trade shows, has decided to move on to pursue other opportunities “within and around” the outdoor industry. Devin spent five years working to create great trade show experiences in Salt Lake City and Denver with Nielsen.
“I've been honored to lead and work with such a solid team at Outdoor Retailer and FlyFishing Retailer, and the Shows are in solid hands going forward,” Devin wrote in an email. “The time is right for me now to advance other ventures personally and professionally, of which I will announce within the next few weeks.”
