LaCrosse Footwear, Inc. donated the proceeds from the sale of more than 1,400 pairs of LaCrosse and Danner performance socks at the Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade Show in January to support the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership (TRCP). The TRCP is a
coalition of leading hunting, fishing and conservation organizations and individual partners working together to guarantee access to places to hunt and fish, conserve fish and wildlife habitat, and increase funding for conservation.

“Protecting American outdoor sporting traditions and wildlife conservation
is a mission LaCrosse Footwear is proud to support,” said Joseph P. Schneider,
president and CEO. “We are appreciative of the dedication the Theodore
Roosevelt Conservation Partnership gives in providing a voice for conservation
organizations and for individual hunters and anglers nationwide.”

In addition to LaCrosse Footwear's donation of $6,756 from the sock sale, the George and Virginia Schneider Charitable Foundation generously agreed to double the donation, providing a total $13,512 in donations to the TRCP. Former LaCrosse Footwear Board Chairman George Schneider and his wife Virginia developed the Foundation with their strong beliefs in giving back to the community.

Socks were made available to SHOT Show attendees for a suggested donation
of $3 with LaCrosse Footwear's commitment to match initial sock sale
donations. Due to an overwhelming response, this is the second year LaCrosse
has donated socks for charity at the show.

“We are honored to partner with a company known for its excellence in the
boot industry and dedicated to serving America's hardworking men and women
both on the job and in the field. LaCrosse Footwear and the George and
Virginia Schneider Charitable Foundation's generous donations will go a long
way to support the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership's efforts to
guarantee all Americans a place to hunt and fish,” said Fred Myers, TRCP vice
president of affiliate programs & partner relations.
