Superfeet announced the debut of the Superfeet Wellness Panel, a new resource that provides advice, tips and support to help consumers with recovery efforts and their fitness goals overall. The free service is now available for everyone at www.Superfeet.com/Wellness.

Timed with the release of their Aftersport Slide, the Superfeet Wellness Panel features a renowned group of experts with knowledge and experience in a variety of areas – from a podiatrist to a yoga instructor and many more – and the area of focus will rotate periodically.

The first month the Wellness Panel is primarily focused on running and spring training regimes, and even newcomers will benefit. For instance, visitors can utilize their Couch-to-5K training program, benefit from advice on avoiding and treating run injuries, learn how to optimize their nutrition, practice the best yoga poses for runners, and get inspired through motivational content.

The Superfeet Wellness Panel experts:

  • Kerry Gustafson, Owner of Prime Sports Institute and an Athletic Trainer
  • Bill Reifsnyder, Former Pro-Runner and Founder & Director Camp Runabout
  • Paul R. Langer, DPM, Clinical Advisor for the American Running Association
  • Charmaine Jones, MS, RDN, LDN, Founder and owner of Food Jonezi
  • Erica Quam, Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor

“From the beginning Superfeet shape has been a foundational element for healthy and active lifestyles. By helping people overcome foot pain and adding a level of comfort, Superfeet shape enables people to do more,” said Linda Balfour, VP of marketing at Superfeet. “Our panel of experts is taking our commitment to helping people find overall wellbeing a step further. The Superfeet Wellness panel will help people energize their days from the ground up with everything from nutrition tweaks and stretching, to cross-training and properly addressing pain.”

Also available in a personalized fit thanks to the power of Fitstation powered by HP, the Aftersport Slide will be hitting shelves in April and supports post-workout recovery.
