Modell’s Sporting Goods is reopening its Granite Run location in the Promenade at Granite Run in Media, PA. This will bring Modell’s total store count to 156 locations.
The new location will host a ceremonial ribbon cutting at 9am on Thursday, November 15, with members of the Modell’s Sporting Goods executive committee, as well as members of the local community.
Modell’s will open at 1089 W. Baltimore Pike in Media, PA. The single floor 14,700-plus-square-foot location is located in the redesigned Promenade at Granite Run. The newest location will feature a wide selection of top brands such as Nike, Adidas, Under Armour and more. Including, a robust selection in Footwear, Team Gear and Sporting Goods for the entire family.
“Modell’s is thrilled to re-open our Granite Run location right before the Holiday season and on the cusp of Black Friday,” said CEO Mitchell Modell. “We’ve been looking forward to having our store back in Granite Run for some time and can’t wait to be an active member in the local community once again.”
To celebrate the opening of the new location, Modell’s will host Philadelphia Eagles defensive back Jalen Mills on Friday, November 16, at 6 p.m. for a fan meet and greet. Customers will have the opportunity to participate in special giveaways and offers throughout the four day extravaganza between Thursday, November 15, and Sunday, November 18.
