The CEO of Peak Performance Nicolas Warchalowski has chosen to leave his assignment at his own request after the successful acquisition transaction with Amer Sports. This change is effective from Aug. 31, 2018. His successor will be announced at a later date.
Sara Molnar, currently the director of business development, is appointed chief operating officer and interim business unit leader for Peak Performance.
“The past four years with Peak Performance have been amazing, and I am so thankful for having had the great privilege to lead such an iconic sports fashion brand and a fantastic group of people. This experience is something that I will cherish dearly,” said Warchalowski.
“During Nicolas Warchalowski’s management, Peak Performance has been brought back to strong profitable growth through significant category renewal and expansion in direct to consumer sales. I am confident in the future of Peak Performance and in the strength and integrity of the leadership team and organization. I want to thank Nicolas for his strong leadership and wish him all the best for the future,” said Heikki Takala, president and CEO of Amer Sports.
