Liberty Mountain, one of the largest distributors of outdoor products in the U.S. has signed an agreement for exclusive distribution of the VAUDE line of technical outdoor products in the United States.
Starting in 2006, Liberty Mountain will offer VAUDE's innovative line of cycling packs, backpacks, sleeping bags and tents as well as VAUDE's climbing brand Lucky and stove brand Markill. VAUDE has received multiple awards for their products including an Outdoor Magazine Gear of the Year Award for their Hogan Ultralight tent.
Albrecht von Dewitz, founder of VAUDE Sport GmbH, is a veteran in the Outdoor market and clearly recognizes the necessity of having an U.S. distributor with a strong mountaineering background and credentials.
