Adventure booking platform expands into new categories and offers trip planning resources
for travelers and adventurers across the globe.
57hours, the adventure booking platform that launched its mobile app earlier this year, unveils new offerings and resources for the modern explorer and outdoor enthusiast. In addition to backcountry skiing and rock climbing, 57hours expands into new categories just in time for summer, including mountain biking, hiking, and surfing.
Through the 57hours app, users can search by location, guide or activity to find an adventure just right for them and explore a new area with the expertise of a local guide. Rather than gambling on an excursion upon arrival or spending the time vetting booking agencies, 57hours connects clients to professional, certified guides in a matter of minutes. Users can interface directly with their guide on the app to ask questions beforehand.
Select Spring/Summer 2019 trip offerings include:
- Rock climbing: Gunks, New York & Red Rocks, Arizona
- Mountain Biking: Moab, Utah & Multi-City European Trips
- Hiking: Appalachian Trail (Starts in Georgia at Springer Mountain and ends at Mt. Katahdin, Maine)
Additional trips in each category will become available in the coming weeks.
The 57hours website also houses content and serves as a resource for travelers looking for the best outdoor adventures in a particular area. The 57hours website boasts a “Best Of” section vetting the best trails and destinations so users don’t have to. Adventurers can also read 57hours trip reviews from past participants to help guide them when choosing their adventure.
“We want 57hours to be more than just the liason when choosing a guide,” explained Viktor Marohnic, 57hours Co-Founder. “We want it to be a trusted resource where experts and outdoor enthusiasts come together to share tips and past experiences and what better way to learn about new adventures than from like-minded people who have experienced them.”
Whether you want to know the best bike trails in Moab for your skill level or the inside scoop on the best backcountry skiing destinations in Europe, 57hours sources expert advice and recommendations for top destinations around the world.
To check it out, visit the website or download the 57hours app for free from the App Store or Google Play.
