U.K.-based footwear distributor Gardiners Group has acquired European footwear distributor Dubois in a strategic move to expand its offering into Europe.
Terms were not disclosed.
Gardiners operates Gardiner Bros & Co. (Leathers) and Footsure Western, a safety footwear specialist.
Brussels-based Dubois is the official distributor of footwear and apparel brands, including Sebago, Aigle, CAT Footwear, Dickies, Berghen, and Gant.
Dubois will be adding Timberland Pro, Hard Yakka, Amblers Safety, and Base London to its brand portfolio.
