Academy Sports + Outdoors Inc. priced a private offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 6.000 percent senior secured notes due 2027.
The notes will be guaranteed on a senior secured basis by certain of Academy’s subsidiaries. Academy Sports intends to use the net proceeds from the Notes to repay a portion of the $1,434 million outstanding under its term loan facility and pay related fees and expenses.
