Zappos.com announced that it has reopened The Outlet Powered by Zappos store in Louisville, KY.

The 13,000 square foot outlet store first opened in 2019 after it moved from a previous location in Shepherdsville, KY. It closed in 2022 after the online footwear seller reaccessed the business as the pandemic subsided. Zappos stated at the time, “We are now in a better position to make decisions based on more normalized demands. With this in mind, we’re refocusing away from areas of the business that no longer meet our needs.”

The store location sells discounted shoes, handbags, jewelry, and apparel from the retailer.

In reopening the location, Joe Cano, chief merchandising and marketing officer at Zappos, said, “Zappos is always on the lookout for new ways to evolve and grow, while ensuring the best service and experience for our customers. In achieving those goals, we keep a close ear to our customers’ feedback. They’ve been wanting The Outlet to re-open its doors—and we’re thrilled to be serving them here again!”
