Zanier Sports, a performance winter glove brand from Austria, has hired veteran U.S. marketing and sales professionals to lead its incursion into the U.S. market.
Jim Waite, with 24 years in the winter glove business, has taken the reins as director of sales for the U.S. market. Waite will be responsible for spearheading the sales and marketing initiatives in the U.S, specifically opening new distribution channels for Zanier Sports.

Waite has named new independent sales representatives to help drive the Zanier business in the U.S. The sales team includes:
- Sandra Bolduc and Joanne Petrucelli (New England)
- Erik Weber (Mid Atlantic)
- Jeff Burkley, JAB Sports Inc. (Rockies)
- Matt Cassidy (Northwest)
- Rick King and Chad King, The King Group (Midwest)
- Ben Phillips (Southeast)

Like the family run parent company, Waite has turned to his wife, Julie Waite, as office manager. Additionally, Waite has hired Sue Killoran, owner of Killoran Communications to handle Zanier Sports public relations efforts. Zanier’s U.S. headquarters are located in Richmond, Vermont.
